Horsehair Strainer

These hand-crafted strainers are made with a fine horsehair mesh and bentwood. The horsehair's elasticity makes the strainers flexible and easy to use, producing a smooth, fine paste from ingredients such as sweet beans.

Care
- Check that there are no defects before using this item for the first time.
- Gently wash the front and back to remove food remnants.
- Do not soak it in water for long periods.
- After use, wash, drain, and dry it in a well-ventilated, shaded place with the horsehair facing upward.
- Do not hang-dry this item because hanging can cause water to accumulate on the wood at the bottom and can damage the horsehair.
- If not using this item for a long period, dry it completely, wrap it in newspaper or similar and store it in a dry place, using an odorless insect repellant, etc.
- If the net tears, we can replace it for a fee.
- Wash by hand only. Do not use a dishwasher.
- Do not subject it to strong impact.
