This hand-crafted strainer is made with bentwood and rattan. This is a special utensil for making Japanese sweets such as kinton (dumplings) and soboro-an (minced beans).

Care
- Check that there are no defects before using this item for the first time.
- Do not soak it in water for long periods.
- After use, wash, drain, and dry it thoroughly before storing.
- Do not hang this item when drying because the moisture can accumulate on the wood.
- Wash by hand only. Do not use a dishwasher.
- Do not subject it to strong impact.
