Multipurpose Sieve

These handcrafted sieves are made with fine wire mesh and bentwood. Use them for straining mashed and paste ingredients, such as sweet beans, and for sifting flour and other powdered ingredients.

Care
- Check that there are no defects before using this item for the first time.
- Do not soak it in water for long periods.
- After use, wash, drain, and dry it in a well-ventilated, shaded place.
- Do not hang-dry this item because hanging can cause water to accumulate on the wood at the bottom.
- Wash by hand only. Do not use a dishwasher.
- Do not subject it to strong impact.
