Wire Mesh Tray – Octagon

This versatile item is handcrafted from fine wire mesh and serves as both a serving tray and a strainer for removing water and oil. The octagonal shape makes it easy to neatly arrange a variety of foods together. It has a slightly smaller surface area than the square tray and accommodates about two servings.

Use it for draining cold noodles, such as soba and somen, or for hot-pot ingredients. You can also use it to drain oil from, and serve, deep-fried foods such as tempura.

The silicon-tube-covered legs won't slip or scratch, and are built inward to fit with different-sized dishes.

Care
- Check that there are no defects before using it for the first time.
- Stainless steel does not easily rust, but after use, wash it as soon as possible, drain it thoroughly, and dry it before storing.
- Only use this item for its intended purpose.
- Do not subject it to strong impact.
- Dishwasher- and dryer-safe.
- Be careful of any sharp edges when washing.
