Wire Mesh Tray – Square

This versatile item is handcrafted from fine wire mesh and serves as both a serving tray and a strainer for removing water and oil. The squared shape is good for holding and draining larger amounts of food at one time.

Use it for draining cold noodles, such as soba and somen, or for hot-pot ingredients. You can also use it to drain oil from, and serve, deep-fried foods such as tempura.

The silicon-tube-covered legs won't slip or scratch, and are built inward to fit with different-sized dishes.

Care
- Check that there are no defects before using it for the first time.
- Stainless steel does not easily rust, but after use, wash it as soon as possible, drain it thoroughly, and dry it before storing.
- Only use this item for its intended purpose.
