Wire Tray with Handles – Copper

This tray with handles is hand-crafted using copper wire weaving in a tortoiseshell pattern. The shallow and flat profile make it suitable for serving a wide range of foods and holding various ingredients. The included 1-cm legs also raise it slightly, so it's suitable for draining oil from deep-fried foods, such as tempura.

Available in large (24 cm) and small (21 cm). The copper takes on an amber hue through continued use, giving it a lovely smoky appearance.

Care
- Check that there are no defects before using it for the first time.
- Do not wash with a metal scrubbing brush or polishing powder, as they may leave scratches.
- After use, wash, drain thoroughly, and dry before storing.
- Wash by hand only. Do not use a dishwasher.
- The color of copper products changes naturally over time.
