Circle Tea Infuser

This is a set of a stainless steel tea infuser and a perfectly sized porcelain tea cup. The infuser is hand-crafted using a combination of kikudashi chrysanthemum weaving and tortoiseshell weaving.

Simply place the infuser atop the cup, add tea leaves, and pour hot water for a quick and easy cup of fresh-brewed tea. No teapot is needed.

Wait for a short while after pouring the hot water and enjoy watching the tea leaves expand like blossoms as the flavor and aroma are drawn out while you brew your tea.

Tilt the infuser and shake it lightly to completely extract all the liquid as you remove the infuser from the cup. This retains the leaves' strength so you can enjoy one or two more cups. In addition to Japanese teas, you can use the infuser with Chinese and herbal teas.

The inside of the infuser is lined with a fine stainless steel mesh that lets you brew clean and clear tea

Care
- Check that there are no defects before using this item for the first time.
- Wash by shaking the strainer gently in a bowl of water. Do not use force to remove lodged tea leaves, as this can damage the mesh.
- Drain and dry it thoroughly before storing.
- Only use it for its intended purpose.
- Do not subject it to strong impact.
- Be careful of any sharp edges when washing.
