Ceramic Grill with Handled Wire Gridded Grate
The grating is hand-woven with sturdy stainless steel wire, while the small-sized griddle is just right for holding a thick slice of bread, which you can toast/grill in 1–2 minutes.
The ceramic's deep infrared effect heats well throughout. For bread, it turns the outside crispy while the inside stays fluffy. You can also grill bacon and sausages, fish, vegetables such as corn and eggplant, and many other foods.
The unit is divided into the ceramic grill and metal grate, so you can clean them separately and easily. Note that ceramic materials lose their infrared heating ability over routine usage, so we recommend replacing the ceramic part about once a year.

- After use, make sure it has cooled down sufficiently before putting it away.

- The ceramic part should be replaced after about 1 year of daily use.
