Tofu Server – Square

This tofu server is made using tortoiseshell-patterned weaving. The large-sized square is for scooping large tofu pieces and other ingredients, while the small one is suitable for smaller pieces, grated daikon radish, etc. Both servers are especially helpful at draining off excess liquid to retain the food's flavor.

Care
