Ginkgo Roaster

This roaster is handmade with a fine stainless wire mesh. The Japanese cypress handle does not heat up while cooking, keeping your hands safe. The lockable lid keeps the roasting nuts safely inside even if they burst when heating, and you can also flip and rotate the unit when roasting. Roast aromatic and flavorful ginkgo nuts by holding and gently shaking the roaster about 15 cm over a stovetop flame.

You can also use it for roasting various other nuts, as well as coffee beans.

Care
- Check that there are no defects before using it for the first time.
- Do not roast directly in the flames; keep the roaster about 15 cm above them.
- The handle is made of natural wood and is not dishwasher-safe.
- Handle with care after using because the wire stays hot for awhile.
- Do not subject this item to strong impact.
